GOWLAND CONTINUES WITH TEAM WFR FOR 2012
Graeme Gowland will continue for a second consecutive season with Team WFR after signing to remain with the team for the 2012 MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship.
Gowland finished second in the 2011 Evo Championship despite missing six races through injury. Gowland's impressive pace saw him outpacing some of his main championship counterparts on the Evo specification machine and now with a level playing field for 2012 he is relishing the chance to make a return to the BSB podium.

HAT TRICK AT SEASON FINALE
The final round of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship incorporating the Evo Mirror.co.uk class took place on the GP circuit at Brands Hatch in Kent.
Graeme 'Gowla' Gowland finished the season as runner up in the Evo Championship but only 27 points adrift, despite missing three rounds through injury, from his teammate Glen Richards making it a 1-2 for Team WFR in their debut season.

ANOTHER DOUBLE VICTORY FOR GOWLA AS RICHARDS AND TEAM WFR SECURE THE EVO TITLE AT SILVERSTONE
The penultimate round of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship incorporating the Mirror.co.uk Evo Championship was held at Silverstone in Northamptonshire.
Graeme 'Gowla' Gowland had another great weekend on-board his Evo spec WFR Honda CBR1000RR. He was consistently the fastest of all the Evo machines throughout the Friday and Saturday free practice sessions, running well inside the top ten of the main class and was the only Evo to make it through to the final qualifying session for the top ten grid positions where he was placed 9th fastest and took yet another Evo pole position.

DOUBLE VICTORY FOR GOWLA AT DONINGTON
Graeme Gowland claimed his eighth win of the season in the BSB EVO Mirror.co.uk Championship onboard his WFR Honda CBR1000.
Graeme was once again the only EVO rider to make the cut to qualifying session 3 for the final top 10 grid positions for Sunday's race where he posted the 9th fastest time to claim another EVO pole position.

GOWLA MIXES IT WITH THE BSB BOYS AGAIN
Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire was the venue for round 9 of the MCE British Superbike Championship incorporating the EVO Mirror.co.uk Championship.
This was to be a hectic weekend for Graeme 'Gowla' Gowland as the postponed race from Oulton Park was to take place on Sunday after qualifying and ahead of the two races scheduled for Bank Holiday Monday.

GOWLA WINS THE HATRICK
Graeme Gowland continued his recent good form on an extremely busy two days on the GP circuit at Brands Hatch by claiming his fourth pole position in the Evo class and the victory in all 3 races.
It was a triple header with two BSB races taking place as normal on Sunday but with a third race scheduled for Saturday afternoon following two free practice sessions and three rounds of qualifying.

ANOTHER POLE POSITION AND PODIUM FOR GOWLA AND TEAM WFR
The seventh round of the British Superbike and Mirror.co.uk BSB EVO Championship took place at Oulton Park in Cheshire.
This was a challenging weekend for Graeme 'Gowla' Gowland as it was his first visit to the circuit due to missing the earlier round through injury whereas all of his rivals already had race set up.

THRILLS AND SPILLS AT SNETTERTON 300
Graeme 'Gowla' Gowland made history this weekend when he took the first Mirror.co.uk BSB EVO Championship race on the new Snetterton 300 circuit in Norfolk on board his WFR Honda CBR1000.
Gowla used his first free practice session to learn the new track and from session two onwards he was the fastest EVO rider throughout the whole weekend and the first rider in the class to dip into the 1 minute 49 seconds a lap bracket.

HARD WORK DOESN'T PAY OFF THIS TIME ROUND
Graeme 'Gowla' Gowland had a hard weekend at Knockhill on his WFR Honda Evo machine as the Scottish circuit continued to live up to its reputation of supplying changeable weather and challenging racing.
Having arrived at the Dunfermline track hoping for a dry weekend he was faced instead with wet conditions throughout free practice and qualifying on Friday and Saturday.

FAST PRACTICE PACE = POSITIVE COMEBACK FOR GOWLA
Graeme 'Gowla' Gowland made his comeback from injury at the 4th round of the British Superbike Championship at Thruxton, the fastest circuit in the UK, in Hampshire.
Free practice and qualifying went really well with Gowla consistently in the top 3 of the Evo category and the first Evo rider ever to dip into the 1 minute 15 seconds lap time. He qualified 17th overall on the grid and 2nd in the Evo class despite making a big mistake on his fastest lap.

DELIGHT AND DESPAIR FOR GOWLA AT SEASON OPENER
The 2011 British Superbike Championship season opener was held at Brands Hatch on Easter weekend. Team WFR made their debut with Graeme 'Gowla' Gowland, Glen Richards and Alex Lowes aboard Honda Fireblades.
Gowla and Team WFR definitely impressed the establishment in their debut with all three riders running at the front in the Evo category throughout the weekend. The Evo category is for lower specification machines with fewer modifications allowed than a full Superbike, such as a standard engine and no electronic aids, however both full Superbikes and Evo bikes run within the same sessions and races.

GOWLA RETURNS TO BSB
Graeme 'Gowla' Gowland will make a return the British Superbike Championship for the 2011 season after penning a deal with Team WFR to compete in the Evo class aboard a Honda Fireblade.
Team WFR is new team however they have previously won championships under the Embassy Racing banner with Glen Richards in 2007 and 2008 before the team disbanded. Glen is returning to the team where he hopes to add another Championship to his CV but he will face stiff competition from his two young teammates of Graeme and Alex Lowes in the three man team.
